Okay, so, go on chrome on your device, search YOUR PERSON'S NAME gifs, (I like Tumblr best) and on Tumblr, you would put your finger on the gif, hold it down, and then save it to your camera roll. Then, open PicCollage in your browser (pic-collage.com) and change your profile pic to the gif ON THE BROWSER 💫😂💕👌🏼 hope this helps
