yes! I've had them (and still do) for four years. I get mine off in 2months. I promise, you have nothin to worry about. I was REALLY sacred the first day, and it kinda hurts and probably will at some to,es but that just your teeth moving into the place that need to be:) if you have any questions, I'm all ears! 😂😆😘
