this was probably the first video I ever saw Dan and Phil omg

it didn't hurt that much to be honest. the pain literally lasted for about a second. make sure they do it with a needle though and not a gun (so don't go to somewhere like Claire's) as it hurts more and can shatter your cartilage. after it's pierced it just feels hot and kinda stings but it's nothing unbearable. it only hurts a lot when you catch it on your hair or something
