men and women do get equality issues promoted equally... it's just that women are the oppressed sxx which means, they have not nearly as much equality as men. yes men can be abxsed and that's terrible it really is. and women can be abxsed and agin that's terrible. they both get the same amount of publicity? in many countries young girls (6-15 sometimes) are set up for marriage with 40 year olds. a lot of the time, if not most of the time they are ether rxped to dxath or get pregnant and d!e during childbirth. this is an example of one issue that doesn't apply to men. this is why feminism focuses on women's rights. and it's actually really great that we're focusing on men & women's rights now, but it doesn't mean they're equally oppressed
