I'm so glad you asked that! Honestly I don't know very many recipes, I've just used ones I find online, I don't have a lot of time so I don't get to bake often. I would just do some research online. I know some substitutes, like dairy-free milk/butter, or using 1 Tbs ground flax seeds + 3 Tbs water as an egg substitute. I wish I had a good answer for you, but it makes me happy to see non-vegan bakers curious to learn more about vegan baking!! :)
