Hey girl, it's okay. I have those thoughts all the time, but I have anxiety. Don't take my word for it, but you might have anxiety too. But my advice for you is to not think about things too deeply. I hope you feel better :')
these happen when you overthink and when you’re stressed💗it happens to me every single day like ‘what if my mum doesn’t come back from work’ and things like that, it’s perfectly normal considering the amount of stress kids get put through everyday, i suggest drink some water or bubble tea (idk it’s delicious lol) and read a nice book or do something fun to distract yourself
^^and yeah this sounds like anxiety coz I hv anxiety and this perfectly describes me?
hey, i know a little what it’s like to panic about the unknown but i’ve learned that the best thing you can do for yourself, is ,while about to freak out, think about about what REALLY is going on. your mom is probably home folding laundry, cooking food, etc, and if she isn’t, well she is a grown woman that can take care of herself. i completely understand you worrying about her and things like that and i went through the same thing as a younger kid. i’m not trying to sound rude or firm im just telling you what helped me. love ya bestie 💛 sorry if this didn’t help much

I have the same though all the time, I wonder if someone had taken her away, stabbed her (yeah, extreme) same with my dad and sisters. I dunno how to control it....I think you should just reassure yourself. it’s probably anxiety...I understand and it’s not anything out of the ordinary. but I can imagine how many things you have going on right now - exams, school work, making yourself better, looking after your family and yourself. relax and maybe talk to someone about it (in person) it may help. but yeah..this sound like a case of.. anxiety...
