A teenage girl, in distress, sobbing and screaming at the same time, whilst petting a dog and eating birthday cake ice cream

after, my dad got home (it was 2 am and I was starting to calm down) and said “you’re not having a panic attack, you’re just pouting,” which resulted in it making me worse and my parents arguing so that was fun too
