I made the background of the sunset with the draw tool and used a png for the buildings.
I painted the background dark blue, then I added white dots by using the paint option for stars. The moon, clouds, city, and "lights from the city" are all clip art I found online.
Also, I used a black transparent fade clip art to make the top of the sky look darker.
