okay the first thing i want to address is how some people prefer "light-skins" over "dark-skins" because all black women, no matter how light they are are beautiful. the color of they're skin shouldn't matter especially if you love the person you are with.

the second thing is how the police are treating black women(black people over all tho i guess). the media says Sandra Bland commuted suicide, not because she was just was depressed. it was also because of police who mistreated her! another case where things went wrong is a case of a black woman in Seattle(which really hits home since i've been in Seattle my whole entire life). this woman was mentally ill, she bought she was getting robbed so she called the police, when the police came, they shot her which led to her death. the fact that the police were ignorant enough to shoot the person who called them just goes to show we need to do something about the police in Seattle and just around the country over all. when she died because of the police, she was actually pregnant which caused her baby to die, she was also a single mother. now her baby's dead and her children are all alone. it really sucks for the family because now they don't have any parents and don't know what to do.
