How does one be themselves around people?
how does one know who themselves are?
is myself the weirdo who does random cr*p when she thinks no one can see?

In my experience, feeling comfortable around people just takes practice and giving yourself time to build the self-confidence. I still remember the first time I didn't feel miserably anxious around a crowd of people (that I didn't know, no less) and how freeing it was to not have to worry so much about every little thing I said and did. You're still young. Be patient with yourself. It is super hard, but don't shy away from the things that make you anxious (that will only make you more anxious about it in the long run) and remember, no one notices all the silly little things you say and do like you do, and everyone has those things they're insecure about.
