okay so you guys know how i love dunkirk and history. well. we have NHD ( national history day ) and our school ( if we want to ) all go to competition in our city to present our project which has to be about ‘breaking barriers’ and i’m doing the miracle (evacuation) of dunkirk because without that escape there wouldn’t have been a d-day because britain would have had to surrender which meant america probably wouldn’t have known about the war and wouldn’t have gotten involved which means germany could have won

She had enrolled for like a day or two last year, and now she had returned for her first full year. She was proud of herself for not forgetting that she enrolled or that she had school today. It was like her mind wanted her not to forget. Like it made an effort to not forget. Sometimes she felt as her mind chose what it wanted to remember and what to forget, but why forget this significant memories and remember the strangest fragments of her life? She wasn’t sure. She wrapped her leg in a random towel she found. She glanced at her surroundings- maybe she’d just taken a swim and hurt herself? Yeah right, that was convincing.
