40 pushups, 1min 30sec plank, 15 burpees, 30 sit ups!! repeat twice, take a 15 second break between workouts and a 30 second break between sets, make sure you've got a water bottle nearby!!
50 sit-ups 25 push-up 10 burpees 25 crunches 40 toe touches. Do this 4 times and take a 30 second in the middle after go for a 10 minute run.
