Also: thank you all for the anxiety-breathing-problem-tipsntricks but I'm pretty sure it's about my lungs too, so relaxing doesn't really help. But it means a lot that you all want to help me so thanks ❤️❤️ I love you guys

yes u can lol
also this is such a healthy coping skill i do the same. i hope my parents never read it though
i used to do the same back in the day. i’m sure that sad journal is around here, somewhere. what you say it’s true: it does not help a lot with dep. some things that were (/.are) peace-bringers were music albums i could relate to or watching uplifting films. and reading. adolescence is quite a pain but i’m sure you’ll outgrow it. all in all, i’m so glad you are brave enough to acknowledge what’s up, keep a journal, and keep pushing through it. i mean it. calmer waters are ahead :)
(gay shipping and such: that’s why i can’t say no to you, pal 🙆🏻‍♀️)
love ya
I do the same thing with writing down positive self-talk, and I'm not depressed or anything, so don't worry, it's normal😊
I also give myself positive pep talks in the mirror every morning. I just stare at my reflection and say things like "You are amazing, today is your day," "You will slay today" and "I love you." I recommend doing this, it's actually uplifting to talk to yourself like that. (Plus it always boosts my confidence and makes me feel warm inside to say "I love you" to myself I'm the mirror)
^OKAY THIS PROBABLY SOUNDS WEIRD BUT IT WORKS OKAY
Also, Gratitude Journals are really good coping mechanisms. I have one and it lifts my mood to write in it. Anyways, I know you'll get through adolescence. You'll hit some rough patches, but in the end, it'll be okay💕
