George didn't really care about not getting a date, it would probably be awkward anyway. Ella had to admit, she was excited.
Phoebe and Laura both shoved on their dresses and shoes, while Michael casually pulled on his suit thingy.
Ara, Ben, and Peyton walked in. Ara was staring off into the distance, Peyton was smiling and humming (albeit badly), and and Ben was just kinda standing there.

Lillian shrugged, “Sort of,” she laughed lightly as she braided again.
“Waiting for..someone?” He asked, smirking. “Specifically Charcoal?”
Ella scowled. "Yeah, he's late. I'm going to smack him."
“Don’t do that, smacks hurt.” He shrugged. “Well, if Laura smacks you anyways.”
George raised an eyebrow. "Have you been harnessing flames from heII painfully?" he asked.
"Well, I'm bored," she argues.
“Well you shouldn’t.”
“Well I have to train!” Lilly exclaimed.
"But it's bad for you!" he protests, grabbing a glass of water.
"I'm afraid," she says. "I'm doing it anyway. But I'll do it as a cat if that makes anything better."
and Phoebe ate and Laura’s just waiting for Jordan to eat ::
“But it’s my power and pain is only temporarily,” she debated as she drank some water.

Lilly’s eyes remained stone cold, “BUT YOU’VE BEEN USING ME!” she suddenly shouted. She would look crazy to everyone else who was watching this, but she could care less. “YOU’RE AS TWISTED AS HE IS! YOU’RE MAKING ME BURN UP MY BODY TO HARNESS THE FLAMES OF H ELL SO YOU CAN HAVE YOUR REVENGE!” she shouted. Kaylee pushes the door open with her crutches and hurries in. “WHO’S READY TO PARRRTAAYYY?!” she yells.

Lillian looked towards the water to find her actual state. She had long dark hair and paler skin with small horns. A small tear fell into the lake as it shattered the reflection. The throbbing pain only grew as the seconds ticked by. She groaned as she thought about her twisted family. Her dad was a demon, her grandmother was manipulating her, and everyone else was pretty much dead. She didn’t know how much she could take before everything caught up to her. She was already sinking, how much longer until she started to drown? Where she gasped for air and held on to the Little life she had left. Just then a large figure of black appeared out of some fiery looking smoke (🤷🏻♀️) His horns made blood curdle as he stared down at Lilly, “You will be my slave. I’ve stripped everything from you! You have nowhere to go! Nowhere to hide!”he bellowed, “Your own mind will kill you...” he then whispered
Alex looks around. “So, then. I should probably be a bit more formal if this is a dance, shouldn’t I? Give me a second.” She scrunches her eyes up and her ordinary clothes change into a dress. “There!”
Alex twirls around. “I feel like Cinderella!”
"How did you do that?" Ella gapes.

“My plans will still commence even if you don’t work for me. Just things will be more painful for you,” Daddy Demon whispered. “MY WHOLE LIFE HAS BEEN JUST A PAIN!” she shouted, “THERE’S NO MORE PAINFUL OR LESS PAINFUL NOW! IT’S ALL PAIN!” she yelled
George wandered around and found himself singing. "Here I am waking up, still can't sleep on your side. There's your coffee cup, the lipstick stain fades with time."
“Why thank you,” Kaylee says and curtsies. “You look great too.”
Peyton blushes. “Well thank you. Shall we dance?”
“Sure,” Kaylee says. She leans her crutches against the wall and hops on one foot.
"If I can dream long enough, you'd tell me I'll be be just fine, I'll be just fine," he sings. He knew this song was meant to be a romantic love song, but he always thought of his mum when he sang it.
The Kevans all walked in, dressed up a bit more than usual.
Peyton offers Kaylee his arm. “This might be a bit difficult.”
Alex walks over to Ara and they talk on the side.
Veronica and Vanessa walk over to the food. Kassian is already there.
Ella is left alone and she sighs, blinking hard.
Ander walks in and heads over to them. “Hey Ander,” Vanessa says. “Hey,” he says back.
Kaylee shrugs. “It’ll be fine,” she says and takes Peyton’s hand.
She looked up to her dad, “I will never be your slave,” she said straight up, “You can torture me all you want, but there’s no difference anymore. It will just be like everyday. I wake up with my dead grandma screaming at me. I go along with my day all alone. There’s more voices in my head and yeah,” she shrugged. Daddy Demon’s eyes flared as he formed a bident in his hands.

“Let’s dance!” Kaylee says and grins.
"So I drown it out, like I always do, dancing through our house, with the ghost of you," he sings. This wasn't a romantic song for him, nope, Abby had a song of her own. This song reminded him of his mum, instead.
Ella went and joined Alex and Ara.
George passed through a tree.
Peyton smiles even more as ‘Shut Up And Dance’ comes on.
As he sang.
The bident went straight through her body and she barely moved, “Goodbye daddy,” she laughed lightly as blood swirled around her. She fell towards the ground and laid there. Her eyes were wide open from the shock, but it was really relief...

"No," Abby murmurs. "But I could change that."

Abby lay awake in bed. First, she gets kicked out of home and has to find George and Ella. Second, she finds them, although not on good terms. Third, she is forced to resurrect a dead body, and take on years worth of pain. And fourth, no one liked her.
Ella turned into a tortoise. Abby was here, great. Now she was going to mess up Ella's life again, starting with George. She never liked Abby. Well, she had seemed nice at the start, Ella supposed, but then she noticed how smitten with her George was, and had hated Abby from there. If she had been just as smitten with George, that would've been fine! Except she toyed with his feelings like they meant nothing. And she broke it off at the worst possible time, and then came running back. Wonderful, Ella thought dryly. Just wonderful.
George wandered around the forest. He'd been doing this since three in the morning. But Abby was here. That meant bad, very bad. His head felt like it was trying to split itself in half. Lilly, too, was on his mind. He had enjoyed her presence, even if it brought a sense of melancholy, he was determined to change that. He wasn't sure why he was so annoyed, but Abby walks in, resurrects Lilly like she was prepared for what was coming up next. No one could prepare for what comes next.

The triplets walked to the lake. They all had powers, they just didn’t use them. They couldn’t. They shouldn’t. If they did, something bad would happen. Veronica took off her clothes and dove in, catching a stone that Ander threw. Nessa dipped her foot in, then slowly lowered herself into the water. Kass ran and did a flip and then cannonballed.
“I’ve been inclined, to believe there never would, but oh, oh.” And Phoebe being Phoebe changed it again. “Phoebe give it up!” Phoebe smirked. “Mm Whatcha Say, that you only meant well, well of course you did.”
