Drink lists of water and try to take a warm shower for 5 mins it will relax your muscles then take a cold shower it will help your concentration and focus, and also remove your tiredness. Eat a banana, it has good nutrition and it will help your body. try to get some sleep tonight and you will be fine, hopefully no headaches.
