I would like to state again that both the Columbia and challenger incidents were preventable if only NASA management had listened to the engineers

let this be a lesson to everyone, if someone has dedicated there life to something, and they know that thing better then anybody else, and they are stupid smart, you should probably take into account what they have to say.
