"I'm Thomas. Call me Tom though.

Thomas puts his hands in his black jacket pockets and leans against a wall watching nick.
Nick:not much was gonna go and try and get a few laps in before heading to lunch
" Mind if I come watch?"

AT THE POOLS
Nick:*changes* so what about you,got a girlfriend?
" Me. Na...." he sits down and takes of his shoes. He dangles his feet in the water.
"Don't know if I ever will actually."
"Ever been with anyone?"
Nick: really? I mean ya look great,sorry just not used to meeting a good looking guy who doesn't have a girl

"Yep I was always the kid who doggy paddled half the time in the pool," says Thomas laughing. "Though I have gotten better... I think.

"When did you start to like swimming?"

Thomas kicks his feet some more in the water.

Thomas treads water looking at Nick.
"Ok then we better start teacher," says Thomas grinning.

Nick:okay so watch me then you try I'll go slow so that you can see

"I think I need to get out."

"oh. Er thanks."
Thomas looks down.
Nick:yea sure let me just change.do you want my towel?
"I'm gonna change."
he is now done changing and standing at his car.
"I'm fine. thanks."
Nick:*quickly changed and is heading to your car*
AT THE RESTAURUNT
the waitress is at their table and keeps glancing at Nick.
Thomas grins.
"What can I get you to drink?" she ask now looking a lot at Nick.
Nick:*smiles a little then looks down*
Nick:j-just a water
"Me too," says Thomas.
"Ok," says the waitress and walks off glancing over her shoulder back at their table.
"Well..." says Thomas grinning.
"She was nice."
Nick:*blushing slightly*yea
the waitress comes back with their waters.
"Now what to eat?"
Nick:I'd like a cheeseburger
"I'll just have a burger hold the mustard," says Thomas.
"And you?" says the waitress staring at Nick.
"Ok," she walks off.
"I think she likes you," says Thomas laughing.
Nick: she keeps looking at me*shrinks in his seat a little*
"Well...."
"Many she's waiting for you to say something?"
A COUPLE MINUTES LATER
Nick: like what? sorry miss I'm not really into girls but you look very pretty and seem nice
"Here you are," say the waitress setting down the burgers.
"Anything else?"
Thomas sips his water looking from the waitress to Nick.
The waitress stands there.
Nick:I um erm your very pretty *hides his blushing face then mumbles something else*
"Uh no thanks we are good." says Thomas.
The waitress blushes. Thomas chokes on his water.
She walks off and glances over her should smiling at Nick.
Nick:you told me to say something
"I was kidding!" says Thomas.
"Oh well I guess she expects your number now to."
"I'm kidding about that too," he adds.
"What else did you say. I couldn't quite hear?"
Nick: I just said *mumbles*
"What now?"
Thomas takes a bit of burger.
he waits.
Nick: I said she's very pretty but I'm gay *says gay very quietly* *and eats his burger*
Now Jonas has finished his burger and is leaning back in his chair.
The waitress is walking over with their receipt.
*takes out his wallet so he can pay*
"Alert," says Thomas quietly, grinning.

Nick:*playfully hits him* shut up
"Everything good?" she asks handing out the receipt. Her hand brushes Nicks.
Nick:yea *pays for both them*thank you
She turns to go but then stops. "I'm Niki by the way," she says.
Thomas gets up but lingers to watch.
Nick: I'm Nick
"Hope you come back Nick," she says and turns and leaves.
Thomas walks out to the car grinning.
Nick: same *stands up*
"What now?" says Thomas
Nick: *walks out*

Thomas is now laughing hard.

Thomas gets in the car.

Nick:*has a quick smoke*

Thomas walks into the kitchen to make supper.
Banging can be heard from the kitchen as he pulls down pots and pans.
Soon supper is ready.

"You can get whatever," he says gesturing towards the food.
he sits down with a plate.

*sits down and eats*
"I might not be good at swimming but definitely good at cooking."
Thomas is now done and has cleared his plate and is now sitting and looking at Nick.
"Is it good?"
Nick:*looks at him* that was amazing *is done*
Thomas gets up and goes to sit back on couch.
He leans back and sits and thinks.
Nick:*sits beside him and smiles*
"So," says Thomas turning towards Nick.
"Anything else you need?"

"Ok then." Thomas leans back with his hands behind his head and legs crossed.

"Well I...... I don't... Well I've never been with a boy or girl though I've never liked... loved a girl."

"Thomas and Elle left so don't have a car cause a friend dropped me off and I was supposed to go back with Elle but they left in a hurry."

The doctor ones out again. "You may go see him a minute each."

After everyone but nick had gone.

Alex has tears streaming down her face.

Thomas is ghastly pale they have his side bandaged heavily and his hair and face covered in sweat.

Thomas opens his eyes a bit.
"The doctors don't think......"

Thomas groans in pain.

He pales more.

He squeezes his hand as tight as he can.

He reaches up to Nicks face.

"He brushes hair back form nicks face.
Nick:*looks at him trying not to cry*
He brushes his cheek.

The doctors come in.
"Come out please now sir." they say noticing Thomas

The doctor puts an arm on him and guides him out the door.
A doctor checks his pulse.
Nick:*sobs and walks out* no h-he can't be *softly*
"He still has a pulse! Quick get some more doctors in here we can save him!"

Thomas is sitting on the hospitals bed looking out the window his face pale still.
