Hi! I really am on the lookout for an icon maker, because I need a new icon. I don't really have a picture to use, but I did create a collage saying all the requirements for my icon. You don't really need to use all of them, but if you do need a picture, can you do a picture of Cher Lloyd or Perrie Edwards, or lollipops. Any picture will do.
