how to glow: 1. make your collage as normal 2. when done, screenshot your collage. 3. find the picture you just took of your collage and use the blur tool on pc to blur the writing you want to glow 4. set this picture as background 5. done! Hope this helps xx

when you set it as the background you need to keep the writing that is there, don't delete it- if you get what I mean??
