Every day, women in society are faced with the daily challenge of feeling confident in their own body. They have to look in a mirror after being on social media and seeing all the images of unrealistic body's. We are told that if we have curves, we are fat, if we are skinny we are anorexic. This isn't fair and needs to change, so I have to ask you something, next time you see a mirror, stop and say to your self while looking in it,"I am beautiful because I am me". Build self confidence when others bring you down. Be confident and happy in your own skin because you are beautiful ❤️
