Hey, Mitch, you're not stupid. There are things you can't control keeping you from doing your best, that does not mean you're stupid. Even healthy and happy and completely relaxed people who are refreshed and full of energy have a hard time getting good grades, so don't beat yourself up. Even smart people don't get great grades all the time. A few bad grades do not mean you're stupid. I get absolutely horrible grades sometimes, and I barely ever get straight A's, but I'm still pretty smart (at least in my opinion). If you don't mind me asking, what were your grades for other subjects?

Yup. they're stupid because they think that you will be able to completely master everything and do perfectly, even though nobody on Earth can do that, it's physically impossible.
