omg this is literally breaking my heart. this is soooooo sad. but the thing is it’s scientifically proven that when you are thankful you cannot be sad. so in our bible class we started this thing where we listed all the wonderful blessings god has given us like family, clean food and water, a bed, a house, and much much more. I think it will help if you write down stuff you are thankful for and focus on the positive. also just know God is always here for you. he loves you so much and so unconditionally. just know all these girls are not speaking truth. but God can, read scripture, worship, pray, it’ll help.
