To enter a contest you just find one first and then you look at the rules and requirements for the contest. After you've done that you create a collage that fits those rules and requirements. To enter it you just remix the contest page and set your collage as the background. That's how I do it at least. And to make a collage you just make it as though you were making any other collage, you just write what type of contest it is, (like the theme) the rules/requirements, and then what the prize for winning is.
