as was said in an earlier comment, you don't deserve to feel like this. just stay distracted, that always works for me. listen to music. eat or drink. just try to stay steady. you can get through this, i promise. i and other people are here for you.

I'm not trying to just say that to make you feel better, I want you to know that you are not alone. we care about you. we love you friend. please please look after yourself. self harm is not a solution, I promise it will get better. I'm sorry if I don't know how to help but I'll try. Feelings like this are only temporary. You won't feel like this forever, I promise. It may take awhile but these things do pass. For now, just stay distracted, like other people said, and try to avoid anything that may trigger you to self harm. I don't know you that well and I don't think I've ever talked to you, but if you need to talk to anyone, I as well as many others are here for you. Don't give up, you can get through this.

And yeah like some other people have said, just try do anything to distract yourself. I feel like that's the only advice I ever give to people it it's honestly what sort of works for me I guess so

find one thing to hold onto, not pain or darkness, but one thing that makes you smile, something to distract you, weather it's the taste of nachos or the stars or the sound or a piano or even just breathing deeply and use that as a sort of life line. it's hard when everything is so black but there is always one. when I have a dark period I use music, listening to everything I can get my hands on. you deserve live, so live! I am here for you, if you need someone to talk to or not talk to, and it looks like I'm not alone!
