I’m nice Bc I know how hurt others can be so if they are going through pain I don’t want to hurt them even worse so I try to be there for them and also about don’t knowing how to put things into words.....look I know how you feel about that and you truly and really aren’t dumb sometimes there is no words to describe and that’s when music comes into place what help me describe my feelings is music and Ik you are in University so I know you are busy but try to find some time for yourself and treat yourself wether it’s food,clothes, or even chilling in the couch binging Netflix and kpop take that mental break for yourself and enjoy the things that you like that’s what helps me get over depression
