yeah I normally skip parts of it in school (on nation under GOD) it would be much simpler if it were inclusive of everyone 😕

the founding fathers and former presidents didn't care about your feelings getting hurt^

it's not just about feelings getting hurt, it's about the principles of America, we are supposed to be a nation of religious freedom and the pledge doesn't include all religions. Plus the "under God" part wasn't added until the 50s, so it wasn't the founding fathers who made it.

exactly so they shouldn't incorporate a specific religion into our pledge, something a lot of schools make their children say every day
