here let me break it down for you. 2 genders: Male and Female I support people who change their gender, but even then, they are going from male to female/ female to male. Therefor they went from one of the two genders to the other one. I also support people who "don't have a gender" which basically means they don't go by girl/boy but they are still a female or male. Don't know how much simpler I could make this for your under developed brain 🙂

biological sèx refers to your genitalia

Transgender people actually do get surgery smart âśš, they have surgeries to change to female parts to male parts and the other way around. Look it up. Transgender people are people who actually get surgery, to change their gender. dâmñ you are really dümb😂
