oh well you click on the little camera at the bottom, and either click photos or camera and let it access you photos, select a photo, tap it once it becomes the background, and it will say text where you can type whatever you want!

oh cuz I can't think of anything to type

oh well I come up with a lot of my quotes, but when I can't think of anything, I search quotes on the web depending on the picture
