I have to admit I haven't been a fan since 2010 but I started liking their music in 2012 then I became a fan in 2013, then a die hard fan in 2014 and 2015 and they have done so much for the fans, me and pretty much everyone. and every since person in my class said that 1D is the worst band (except for my friends and I, even though my friends aren't fans I just forced them to be) and if only they gave them a chance and saw what they do
