oh sure I’d gladly explain! it’s similar to the standard glow technique. before you screenshot the original text, change the color of the words you want to have a neon look to some bright / vibrant color. screenshot and go through the regular blur process and then change the text colors back to white!

^ that’s pretty confusing and dense so let me know if you need clarifications / want me to remix a tutorial.
