Actually, they are optional. You just need to send Priscilla the stickers and ask her to help you make it and the sticker design team will do the banner

I think you need to do the icon, but that's easy. just use the square format in PicCollage and put the name of the packs and some stickers on it. Save it to your camera roll and upload it to your drive.
