@caption: i feel like that happens to so many people! they used to love reading but suddenly they’re too busy :// i’m lucky enough i think to still enjoy reading daily✨i’m doing volunteering rn and i’ve been hanging out with friends which has made me rlly happy :) i’m also taking a short trip to the beach soon!

you definitely sound like you need a break bro. but i totally understand you. i feel like you and i both put too much pressure on ourselves and push ourselves to our limits whether academically or otherwise — which is kinda why im kinda dreading going back to school. but i found that taking a moment to breathe and ground myself and focus on my mental health is so necessary and beneficial so please dont forget to take care of yourself! im always here (even if im not always on pc :( )

but i assure you its going to be alright and you really should continue to make your happiness a priority (YOUR BIRD HOUSE IS A GREAT COPING SKILL!!) sometimes you just need time to focus on you and thats okay. so strive for progress, not perfection and keep going! one day at a time :) you are lovely and im proud of you. you got this xxx
