Okay good question. First how long is your camp? If your camp goes for three days I would say bring nine pads that way you can get through the camp without having to ask for help. but if you want to bring a pad and a tampon and if you get your period then tell a trusted friend who can help you tell a teacher or may already be on there period and have a few extra pads that they can give to you.
