ugh pc used to have a snapchat account like a year and a half ago, i texted them on it complaining or whatever and they responded nicely saying they’ll do something and they never did, i feel like for them to listen they need to be bombarded w messages unfortunately. this is why their app is failing lol they don’t listen to the people that are keeping their business alive even in serious situations

pc is honestly dead and the staff does nothing so i’m not surprised
