hey friend!! sorry I took so long to reply. I get what ur saying. I've been through this too.
the best thing to do is to talk to guy R and catch up with him to see if the feelings are still there
and guy L since u just met him today I'd get to know him first and then see how u feel.
if u still really like guy R then be friends with guy L but if the feelings for guy R aren't there anymore then tell him u can still be friends
