During this project, I have been an effective learner. I do have my strengths and weaknesses. I have learnt how to improve my learning habits. Today, I am going to evaluate on the 5Rs about my progress in being a learner. I think that I have not been a resourceful learner. I cannot think of very brilliant ideas. I am also a bit stubborn which leads me to not thinking that flexibly. I need to improve on this a lot to be more successful. I have been quite responsible as a team member. I always do my part and hand them in on time. Being responsible is very important in during group work because you cannot pull your group down. I think I can improve on being resilient as I often want to give up and work on something else instead. I should stick to an idea and work hard on it and be more determined. I should be more reasonable and make more sensible decisions. I should learn to decide thongs myself. I think I am a pretty reflective learner as I think deeply for every move. I think of the consequences and reasons why I am doing such thing. I think I have improved a lot as a learner during this project. I should work hard on my weaknesses and become a better learner to deal with the upcoming projects in my life.
