re//: that’s good.! I really enjoy blasting really loud music, or daydreaming to distract myself. I used to draw but that doesn’t really work for me anymore, I find writing a lot more calming. you just gotta find what works for you, and if it’s blasting your favourite songs or making vent collages then it’s good if it distracts you.!!
