Bucky joined the army for WWII and Steve did too so he could fight with him, Blahblahblah they became closerrrrrr, friendddddds, in 1991 this organisation called HYDRA did this thing to him and if you say a series of German words to him, he'll become empty and if you say "Soldier?" then he'll say "Ready to comply." and he forgets everything and stuff and he'll do anything for you and he's super powerful and Steve is sort of the only person who can get him out of it and he targets Steve and that's basically the story of The Winter Soldier)
