so i got through the first clue and know that i’m supposed to translate the binary code into base 64. i’ve tried a bunch of translations from translating binary to text and then translating back to base 64, 8mve tried translating it straight on, and i keep getting strands of long text that i don’t know what to do with. is there anyway to steer me in the right direction?

also just to clarify, was “decide” supposed to mean deciphering
