calling popular users boring is rude to them- they put their heart into their work and try their hardest.

Well popular users only really become popular once they are on the popular users page. they were just ordinary accounts with very little followers but the page helps gain them

“there is no hate in here”. .???😂😂you just called some of my best friends boring and untalented!!! those users aren’t “famous” for follower counts, they each work hard and were handpicked by piccollage to be featured on the pop page. I do agree that more people should be put on the pop page on a more regular basis, but the ones who are currently on it are fine.

ummm ok so the people who work on pc don’t have time to go through all the accounts there are and decide who’s good or not ALTHOUGH I agree that you shouldn’t just put people on the popular page just because of the follower counts. (no hate is meant in this comment this is just my own opinion)

and PLEASE don’t claim you aren’t hating when you clearly are. that’s like when someone says “no offense” and follows by insulting someone. it makes no sense😂

yeah, I agree with this. To determine how “popular” a user actually is, I never look at the follower count (I don’t in general because idc if someone is popular) I look at the average amount of likes on a post to see if people actually care about the collager

uHhh it’s great that you shared your opinion and everything, but I don’t think that the users on the pop page are boring. but I DO however think that pc should update the page more often, maybe like once a week or something

its not for their number of followers. when people get added on the list they can sometimes have 1000 or even 300 followers. they have a lot of followers now because everyone follows the people on the list when they make a new acc.

You call this not hating? People on the popular page on piccollage are very different to “popular” people in real life, and how “popular” people are portrayed in books and films. On pc, we’re just normal people who like making art. We absolutely did not choose to be on this page/list, pc just put us on there😂. I could email them if I wanted to get taken off the popular page because I’m apparently too “boring” or “untalented” but why would I go to those kinds of lengths when I could just take it as a compliment? I don’t mean any harm by being recognised as “popular,” nor do any of the other collagers on the pop page. They are all very kind people and brilliant artists. Again, it’s not like before we got put on the list we were striving to be popular or anything😂. We were just normal people on this app like you and everyone else. Most of us didn’t even have an astronomical amount of followers when we got added to the list (I had 400.) I do agree, there are lots of excellent collagers with smaller accounts and with enough time their fan bases will grow, regardless of whether they are on the popular page or not. I don’t mean to offend you by writing this, I’m just trying to defend the users on the pop page who did nothing to deserve being called “boring” and “untalented.” Thank you, I hope you read this and understand what I mean.
