HI GUYS so I’m not sure if I’m gonna be on as much but I’ll definitely be online. I’ve been offline for four months so I’ve been sculpting a lot, I really miss editing and you guys-so I’ll be online more hopefully! HAPPY BELATED EARTH DAY!! I’m back today especially because it feels like a lot of people have forgotten about climate change under this pandemic. but please don’t forget, that amidst this crisis, climate change is still happening. everything that gave us life and keeps us alive-wildlife, animals, ecosystems-all of them are still critically threatened by climate change. please, please remember your duty to the Earth-each of us has the responsibility to conserve and protect the earth, not destroy it. if you can, help by eating less meat, spread more awareness, help decrease your carbon footprint, donate to wildlife restoration if you can- all of these can help, no matter how small you think it is. reuse items, pick up the trash at the beach (after the pandemic of course!), find alternatives to meat-we need to remember this. it’s so, so important, climate change isn’t getting less dangerous, it’s getting more devastating. the United Nations have stated that coronaviruses are from a group of zootonic diseases, meaning that they are transmitted from animals to humans. due to continued increasing activity at the cost of natural resources and environments, science suggests that degraded habitats may encourage more rapid evolutionary processes and diversification of diseases, as pathogens spread easily from livestock to humans. meaning that human activity and development-increasing deforestation may be what caused this disease. I can’t say for sure. But what I CAN say for sure is that there will DEFINITELY be more spread of diseases as climate change progresses. so remember the earth. remember your home. without it, we wouldn’t be here. everything you know and love may be gone. just see how climate change enhanced the Australian bushfires-all the animals and habitat that was destroyed. please, spread awareness and help solve this problem 🌏
