same Kat I had a hard kicking set today.
and cramps are killing me
I have a soccer game in 3 hours and my team hasn’t been doing well lately and I’m scared because some people don’t even know how to run and I’m just like wellll that’s great
and my shoulder is dying too
How do you not know how to run?

it’s just really stressful because I give 100% and some people are giving like 20%
sorry for the rant
On Tuesday I had to fight and I got several bruises on my ribs, scratches on my backs, and bruises other places, then yesterday I went ice skating with my team from school, and then I did like 280 kicks and 140 knees in 6 min w/ a minute break
We had to do 5x100 meters kick on 1:30
I honestly had 5 second break in between each interval
And now I have more bruises bc I got thrown and swept and punched so yeeet. AND THEN THERE’S CRAMPS AND BLEHHHH
