Hope your sister’s ok’!! my holiday was good :) seems like you had a really good one! And hip stretches.... for track we do these things called hurdle stretches (if they really define as a stretch😅) and basically you hold onto a wall or ramp and bring your leg (bent at the knee) into the front, side and twist around to the back and brush the ground and do that over and over (if that makes sense😅😅) or try swinging your hips. idk😅
