I don’t bullet journal but I do journal. I keep two journals, one for simply writing an entry every day and the other for anything random that I want to keep in a journal. I think the structure of bullet journaling would be a bit overwhelming for me, but I do often wish that I could bullet journal.

OMG I LOVEEE BULLET JOURNALING!!! It relieves stress for me, so I can look forward to the end of the day where I can color in my feelings. I also have anxiety, so it helps with that too. I sometimes forget tho... still good to try and pick it up every once in a while

I used to bullet journal, but it started taking too much time to make weekly and monthly spreads so I just quit and bought a mini planner 😂 it was really fun and cool when I did it tho
