what I do is I usually talk to myself & talk through whatever I’m anxious about, I listen to comforting music, I talk to my friends/parents, I sit outside & write; these have all worked for me in different ways & I hope that they can work for you in some type of way! I hope you feel better 💗
u can get therapy/ medication. it sounds scary, but, trust me, it helps.

i’ve found that playing music at a high volume helps, cuz after a while i just get into the songs and let the anxiety fade. other things that have really helped even if they sounded so hippie-like at the beginning have been yoga and meditation 🥺🙏🏽 hope you’re feeing better now though 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕
